O R D E R
The Court stands informed that the judgment on the basis of which the order was pronounced in faouvr of the present petitioner is still pending adjudication by way of a Writ Petition having been assailed by the State i.e. CWP No. 2666 of 2018 and keeping in view the fact that the said judgment has not been attained finality, this Court is of the view that it cannot be said that the respondents have committed contempt of the judgment passed by learned Erstwhile Administrative Tribunal. Accordingly, these contempt proceedings are ordered to be closed. Notice stands discharged.
