The appellant has questioned the judgment and order dated 11[th]November, 2010 made by the Writ Court in CWP No. 4379 of 2009, on the grounds taken in the memo of appeal. It appears that the petitioner- appellant had filed the Writ Petition questioning the departmental inquiry proceedings on the ground that the petitioner-appellant had faced trial in FIR No. 74 of 1986 registered at Police Station Rohru and he earned acquittal order.
2. The Writ Court after examining the entire case dismissed the Writ Petition.
3. We have gone through the impugned judgment. The acquittal order cannot be made a ground for quashing the departmental inquiry. The Writ Court has passed well reasoned judgment and is legal one.
4. In the given circumstances, no interference is warranted. The appeal is, accordingly dismissed.
