(Oral In the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., thepetitioners seek directions to provide protection to their lives and libertyfrom the private respondents No.5 and 6, who are stated to be relatives ofpetitioner No.1.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submittedrespondent No.7-father of petitioner No.2 is no longer aggrieved against themarriage of the petitioners, It is pleaded that petitioners have got married on 27.12.2017 inGurudwara Dashmesh Pita Patshahi Dasvit (Regd.), Kharar and marriagecertificate is appended as Annexure P-4. The photographs of the marriagehave been appended as Annexure P-5. It is further submitted that the date ofbirth of petitioners No.l is 26.06.1994 whereas the date of birth ofpetitioner No.2 is in the year 1995. In respect of age proof, photocopies ofAadhar Cards of both the petitioners are appended as Annexures P-1 and P-?D
A representation dated 26.12.2017 (Annexure P-3) has beenfiled with respondent No.2 in this regard for protection and resultantly thisCourt has been approached.

After hearing counsel for the parties, without commenting uponthe validity/legality of the marriage or the age of the petitioners and keepingin view the binding precedent of the Hon'ble Apex Court in.Lata Singh\V.State of U.P. And another; 2006 (2) SCC (Criminal) 478, the presentpetition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to look into theabove said representation filed by the petitioners and take appropriate actionin accordance with law and provide protection, if so required.
