This application for furlough leave preferred by the petitioner interalia contending that despite the application made before the jail authorityby the applicant, the same has not been considered.
Today, learned APP Ms.Jirga Jhaveri has submitted that the jailauthority has already taken decision on the application filed by theapplicant and the same has been rejected.
A copy of that order passed by the jail authority may be providedto the applicant for his necessary action on it. The present petition is,therefore dismissed. However, liberty is reserved for the petitioner to filea fresh after receipt of the order passed by the jail authority.
