The value of the present suit for the
purpose of jurisdiction has been assessed at Rs.62,77,500/- (Rupees sixty two lacs seventy seventhousand five hundred only).
As per Notification No. HHC/PJ/93-I,dated 17.10.2022 and Corrigendum dated 06.12.2022,Court of District Judge/Additional District Judge shallexercise the jurisdiction in all Original Civil Suits, thevalue of which does not exceed Rs. 1,00,00,000/-(Rupees one crore).
Since the present suit has been valued by the plaintiff at the rate of Rs. 62,77,500/- (Rupeessixty two lacs seventy seven thousand five hundredonly), the same is transferred to the Court of learnedAdditional District Judge, Nalagarh, District Solan,H.P., who shall dispose of the same in accordance withlaw. The parties are directed to appear before theaforesaid Court on 14.03.2023.
