Keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is directed to be treated as representation to the Principal Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. No fresh representation need be filed and the Principal Secretary (Education) shall take a decision on this representation latest by 31[st] March, 2011. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
