Learned Additional Advocate General has placed onrecord Communication dated 30[th] December, 2019, which shallform part of the record. Perusal thereof demonstrates that therespondents have withdrawn the last para by orderingignorance of the same in Notice dated 23.12.2019 and it isfurther mentioned in the latest communication that services ofthe petitioner/applicant shall be re-engaged with immediateeffect.
In view of these developments, no order is requiredto be passed in this application, save and except that thecontents of Notice dated 23.12.2019 read with latestCommunication dated 30[th] December, 2019 shall not beconstrued to be break in the service of the petitioner.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
