Heard. Since, the appellant died on 13.06.2016after the decision of this Court dated 20.05.2016, his legalrepresentatives as mentioned in prayer clause, along withPriti Saini daughter of late Sh. Tej Pal, are ordered to bebrought on record. The application stands disposed of.
CMP No.18039 of 2022.
Out of four claimants, applicants-claimants No. 1 to 3have filed this application for release of an amount in adecided case. Let the amount falling to the share of Tej Pal befirstly apportioned in four equal shares in favour of each of hislegal representatives and thereafter the amount falling to theshare of applicants/claimants No.1 to 3 herein, along withup-to-date, be released in their favour by remitting the sameto their respective bank account(s) as given in para-7 of theapplication. The application stands disposed of.
As regards the amount falling to the share ofclaimant Priti Saini, the same be invested as per procedure.
However, before parting, it is made clear that thequestion of legal representatives of deceased-Tej Pal as alsoapportionment of shares ordered by this Court is solely on the basis of the representation made by the legalrepresentatives of deceased-Tej Pal.
