The petitioner has already made a representation to the Director of Higher Education, Shimla, H.P. vide Annexure P-2. However, the same has not been decided till date.
2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Shimla, H.P. to decide the representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure P-2 by passing a speaking and reasoned order, within a period of four weeks from today. Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?
While deciding the representation, Annexure P-2, the Director of Higher Education, Shimla, H.P. shall also take into consideration the ill health of the mother of the petitioner, who is stated to be 76 years of age. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
