The petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 19[th] December, 2014 (Annexure P-3) on the grounds taken in the writ petition.
2. It appears that the petitioner was transferred in terms of order dated 24[th] June, 2014 (Annexure P-1), subject matter of CWP No.5323 of 2014-C, which was allowed vide judgment dated 30[th] July, 2014, with a command to the respondents to pass fresh orders. The respondents have made the order in terms of the said judgment. Thus, the writ petition on the face of it is not maintainable. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file representation before the respondents within one week and the respondents may be ordered to examine the same within three days thereafter. 4. Issue notice. Mr. J.K. Verma, learned Deputy Advocate General, waives notice on behalf of the respondents. 5. In the given circumstances, we deem it proper to dispose of this writ petition by providing the petitioner to file representation before respondents within one week from today with a direction to the respondents to examine the same and pass appropriate orders within one week thereafter. Till then impugned order dated 19[th] December, 2014(Annexure P-3) is stayed, if not already implemented.
