Heard counsel. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the relief as ventilated in the writ petition is covered by the circular issued by the respondent comprised in Annexure R-1. If so, the respondents are directed to consider the meting out of relief to the petitioner in consonance with Annexure R-1 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks. Petition stands disposed of, as also the pending applications, if any.
