Mr. Ajay Sharma submits that the registration of petitioner-Society has been cancelled vide order dated 26[th]September, 2008 by the Assistant Registrar, Co-Operative Societies after the merger of the Upper Lohara Cooperative Cho Reclamation and soil Conservation Society with Lower Lohara Cooperative Cho Reclamation and Soil Conservation Society. Since the registration of the petitioner-Society has been cancelled, the writ petition on behalf of the Society is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. No costs.
