Petitioner has filed an affidavit to the following effect:- “2. That the deponent undertakes that he will deposit the compensation amount within three months before the Ld.Trial Court or as and when directed by the Hon’ble Court.”
2. In view of the aforesaid, time to comply with the orders dated 25.11.2013 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, No.2, Camp at Chachiot at Gohar, District Mandi, H.P., in Cr.Misc.Application No. Nil, titled as Sohan Lal Versus Inder Dev & others, stands extended. Undertaking 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
of the petitioner is taken on record. The petitioner through his learned counsel has been explained the consequences of breach thereof. Petitioner shall positively comply with the orders on or before 31.03.2014. Bail bonds be executed within a period of ten days from today.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of, so also pending application(s), if any.
