Learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, submits that petitioners shall be content if the representation(s) pending with the competent Authority are decided expeditiously. 2. Leaving all questions open, we dispose of the present petition with direction to the competent Authority(s) to decide the petitioners’ representation(s) in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. Needless to add that the Authority shall assign reasons which shall be supplied to the petitioners.
Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? No.
3. It shall be open to the petitioners to place additional material, if any, in support of their case.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of, so also, the pending application(s), if any.
