Keeping in view the averments made by the petitioner/plaintiff in the plaint and also the fact that both the parties had led the evidence in the suit before the learned trial Court and the matter stands fixed for arguments in the 1[st] week of January, 2012, if the learned trial Court, during the arguments, feels on 1Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?. yes.
the evidence on record that it is expedient to get the thumb impression, on the alleged will in favour of the defendants, examined, it shall be open to it to refer the disputed Will for the expert opinion.
