Application filed under Section 151 CPC for release of the award amount in favour of Sh. Mohinder Singh and Smt. Naino. There is recital in the application that matter finally stood disposed by the Hon’ble High Court of H.P. Application is supported with affidavit. Court is satisfied that the applicants are in dire need of money. Hence the share of the applicants be released in their payee accounts along with upto date interest. Application is disposed of.
