ORDER
Learned Assistant Advocate General appearing on behalf of non-applicant submitted that as per response filed by SHO Police Station Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) as of today no criminal case is made out against the applicant and cancellation report is being prepared. In view of the above stated facts anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. Cr.MP(M) No.1838/2015 is disposed of.
