By way of this application, the State has prayed for condonation of 18 days’ delay in filing the revision petition.
I have gone through the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit. Taking into consideration the averments made therein, the application is allowed and 18 days delay in filing the revision petition is condoned. Registry is directed to register the revision petition. The application stands disposed of.
