Mr. Ajay Mohan Goel, Advocate for the respondent.
Mr. Ajay Mohan Goel submits that the petitioner stands reinstated in sequel to judgment dated 27[th] February, 2008. It is further brought to the notice of the Court that in fact the amount to which the petitioner is entitled has been worked out and the petitioner was requested to give the details of the amount which he had received as honorarium while working as Home Guard (Volunteer). The petitioner has informed the learned District and Sessions Judge, Hamirpur that he does not remember the amount he has received towards honorarium. This approach of the petitioner is not appreciated by the Court. Since the petitioner has been reinstated and the District and Sessions Judge has taken necessary steps for working out the consequential benefits due to the petitioner, the petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed having become infructuous.
