By medium of this application, the applicant/appellant has sought condonation of delay of 142 days, which has crept-in in filing of the appeal. However, perusal of the application, more particularly paragraphs 2 to 4, whereof clearly reveals sufficient cause which prevented the applicant from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the delay of 142 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of.
