The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that representation Annexure A-4 of petitioner is pending before respondent No.1, which has not yet been decided. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No.1 to decide the representation Annexure A-4 within some fixed time. Prayer not opposed. Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation Annexure A-4 within a period of three months from the date of supply of copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The respondent No.1 will decide the representation by a speaking order. The petition stands disposed of.
