The value of the present suit for the
purpose of jurisdiction has been assessed at Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lacs only).
As per Notification No. HHC/PJ/93-I,
dated 17.10.2022 and Corrigendum dated
06.12.2022, Court of Senior Civil Judge shall exercise the jurisdiction in all Original Civil Suits, the value ofwhich does not exceed Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees SixtyLacs).
Since the present suit has been valued bythe plaintiff at the rate of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees fiftylacs only), the same is transferred to the Court oflearned Senior Civil Judge, Shimla, District Shimla,H.P., who shall dispose of the same in accordancewith law. The parties are directed to appear before theaforesaid Court on 07.03.2023.
