ORAL JUDGEMENT

This matter is on Board since 11.12.97 but no one has cared to attend the same. Today also no one has appeared even in the second round and even in the second sitting after the break. The petitioners have sought for quashing of certain orders passed in the years 1988, 1989 and 1990 with regard to certain entries mutated in the record of rights. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in this litigation. This Special Civil Application is, therefore, dismissed in default. Rule is hereby discharged. The ad interim order dated 23.1.91 stands automatically vacated. No order as to costs.
