Cr. MP (M) No.845of 2016.

Present: Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, Addl. Advocate General with Mr. J.S. Guleria, Assistant Advocate General, for the appellant.

Cr. MP (M) No.845 of 2016.

By medium of this application, the applicant/appellant has sought condonation of delay of 146 days, which has crept-in in filing of the appeal. However, perusal of the application, more particularly paragraph 2, whereof clearly reveals sufficient cause which prevented the applicant from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. The application is duly supported with an affidavit of Principal Secretary (Home), Shimla, (H.P). Accordingly, the delay of 146 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of.

Cr. MP (M) No.844 of 2016.

Leave to appeal granted. The application is disposed of.
