CWP No. 2914 of 2008

26.12.2008 Present: Mr. L.N. Sharma, counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Adarsh Sharma, Advocate, for the respondents.

The petitioner has completed his normal tenure of three summers and two winters at Recong Peo and has prayed for his transfer by way of representation on 6.12.2008. The interest of justice would suffice, if the same is considered by the authority concerned and disposed of by a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from today. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending applications.
