ORDER
Learned Additional Advocate General, has submitted that clarification received from Home Department with concurrence of FinanceDepartment, direction passed by the Court vide judgment dated 29.6.2015passed in CWP No.36 of 2005 stands complied in letter and spirit. He hasplaced on record instructions dated 29.12.2021 received by learnedAdvocate General from the Additional Chief Secretary(Home) to theGovernment of Himachal Pradesh, wherein it has been informed as under:
“I am directed refer to your letter No.COPC130/2020-45629,dated03.12.2021 on the subject cited aboveand to say that the matter was takenup with the Finance Department and ithas been clarified that the up-gradation of 12 posts of PersonalAssistants to that of PrivateSecretaries may be treated aspermanent creation of the posts ofPrivate Secretaries.You are, therefore, requested toapprise the Hon’ble Court, accordinglyas and when the case is listed forhearing before the Hon’ble Court.”
2. In view of above, for compliance of judgment passed by the Court, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Petition is closed anddisposed of.
