Thisapplicationhasbeenmovedbyapplicants/respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1(d), for release of thecompensation amount falling to their shares i.e. ¼ each inequal shares, in terms of the award passed by the learnedDistrict Judge, Sirmaur, District at Nahan, H.P. on 29.04.2017.The main appeal being RFA No.204/2018 alongwith C.O.No.67/2019 was disposed of on 09.12.2019. It is jointly statedby learned counsel for the parties that the judgment hasattained finality. No appeal against the same has been carriedout. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/appellants has noobjection for release of the amount in terms of the judgmentin favour of respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d). Hence, theapplication is allowed. Accordingly the compensation amountfalling to the shares of respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) i.e. ¼each in equal shares, in terms of the judgment, lyingdeposited in the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to-dateinterest, is ordered to be released in their favour. The same be remitted in their bank accounts as per the details furnishedin the application. The application stands disposed of.
