The application is not opposed by the learned counsel for non-applicants, therefore, the same is allowed. The bank guarantee executed by the Manager, Overseas Bank in RFA No. 301 of 1991 is discharged and the amount lying in deposit in RFA No. 301 of 1991 alongwith up to date interest is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant by remitting the same to his bank account, particulars of which are given in the application. The application stands disposed of.
