ORAL JUDGEMENT
Though this matter has been placed on Board on repeated occasions, learned Counsel for the applicant has not chosen to remain present before the Court. Today also when the matter is called out, Mr. Mishra who has filed appearance has not remained present.
In view of the grievance made by the applicant, the Court passed an order of closure against certain Units and affected Units have preferred either Spl. Civil Applications or Civil Applications for trial production etc. Under these circumstances, as the Units are directed to act in accordance with the orders passed in this matter as well as in Spl.CAs and CAs, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this Spl.C.A. alive. Hence, this Spl.C.A. is disposed of as the complaint is being considered in other matters.
