0n perusai ofthe records: it is foumi that the $ADA has issued noticesto the petitioners to pay premium, lease annual rem, and the fee forregularisation to the time of Rs. 313E64,534/- by letter dated 01.08.1988(Amexure[P/3).][ No]payment[was][ made][ by][ ihe]petnionerg pursuant[i0]me demand rai$ed by the SADA. Thereafter, the respondent No.3Corporation stepped into the shoes of SADA Though, no demand[was]raised to make payment of the premium,‘ annual leaee rent or otheradmissible dues hut admitteély, premium, annual lease rem[and][ other]dues have not been made[till] date and as suchl no writ may[be][ issued]directing the respondent Corporation to execute[the]lease deed forwant of performance ofthe obligations on the part ofthe petitioners.

Shri Agrawalfutther submits that it‘thepetitionersare ready andWiiling to make payment of the all the requieite dues Viz“ premium,annual lease rent, regularisation charges and other admissible[Charges,]the respondent—Corporation will execute necessary dooumente.
