Application filed under Section 151 CPC for release of award amount in favour of Smt. Rajani Devi and Ramesh Kumar in personal capacity and in the capacity of LRs of deceased Nirmala Devi. Application is supported with affidavit. Even legal heirs certificate is also placed on record wherein it has been specifically mentioned that Rajani Devi and Ramesh Kumar are the LRs of Nirmala Devi. In view of the above stated facts share of Rajani and Ramesh Kumar be released in the payee accounts of the applicants along with upto date interest and it is further ordered that share of deceased Nirmala Devi be also released in favour of Rajani Devi and Ramesh Kumar being LRs. of deceased Nirmala Devi along with upto date interest in the payee accounts of the applicants in accordance with law. Application is disposed of.
