Applicants have filed the application for release of their share of the awarded amount to them deposited by the appellants/non-applicants.

Learned Deputy Advocate General for the non-applicants/ appellants has not opposed the application.
As per report of the Registry, an amount of Rs.2,13,174/- stands deposited in the shape of FDR with the Registry of this Court.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amount deposited by the non-applicants/appellants with the Registry of this Court, be released to the applicants/respondents alongwith upto date interest, as per their share (disclosed in Para-5 of the application), forthwith, in their bank account(s), the detail whereof, is mentioned in Para-6 of the application.
