By way of instant application prayer has been made for release of amount of compensation lying deposited in the Registry of this Court.
Mr.Jagdish Thakur, learned counsel representing non-applicant/appellant states that he does not intend to file any reply to the application. He further states that since no appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 8.8.2014 passed by this Court in FAO No. 158 of 2012 and FAO No. 269 of 2014 having been preferred by the Insurance Company, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court can be ordered to be disbursed in favour of the applicants, strictly as per their shares.
Averments contained in the application
suggest that award dated 6.3.2012 has attained finality and as such amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court deserves to be released in favour of the applicants/claimants.

Accordingly, present application is allowed and the Registry is directed to remit the amount of compensation along with up to date interest, directly in the saving bank accounts of the applicants, detail whereof has been given in Annexures annexed with the application. The application stands disposed of.
