Applicants/ respondents No.3 to 8, who were minorat the time of filing the claim petition, have sought permissionto discharge their guardian and pursue the instant lis in theirown capacity on the ground that they have attained majority. Insupport of such contention, various documents have beenannexed with the application which prima facie show thatapplicants/respondents No.3 to 8 have attained majority.Accordingly, the application is allowed. Applicants arepermitted to pursue the instant lis in their own capacity and theguardian is discharged. Application stands disposed of.

By medium of this application, applicants/claimantsNo.1, 3 to 8 have sought release of the amount in a decidedcase. Let the award amount along with up-to-dateproportionate interest be released in favour of the claimants asper their shares given in the award coupled with the avermentsas contained in para-2 of the application by remitting the sameto their respective bank accounts, the details whereof have been given in para-4 of the application. As regards the shareof respondent No.9, the same be apportioned equally amongstall the claimants. Application stands disposed of.
