ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. Jirga Jhaveriwaives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent - State.
2. This is an application for parole leave by the convict on theground of agricultural purpose i.e. to tend to the agricultural land ofthe present applicant, which was ravaged due to excess rain.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and lookingto the jail record, this application is allowed. The applicant is orderedto be enlarged on parole leave for a period of 10 (ten) days fromthe date of his actual release, on his furnishing a bail bond ofRs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousands Only) before the jail authorityand on usual terms and conditions, plus the condition that he shallmarkhispresence once during the parole period between11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at Keshod Police station.
4. The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on expiryof the parole leave.
5. Rule is made absolute.Registry is directed to Fax or Email thecopy of this order to the concerned jail authority.
