ORAL JUDGEMENT

#. This civil revision application had come up for admission before this court on 19th September, 1995. The order of this court dated 19th September 1995 reads as Notice to respondent No.1 returnable on 26th of September, 1995. Process to be paid in the course of the day. Notice to be issued today only. Direct service is permitted.

Then it was admitted on 17th April, 1996.

#. Both the courts below have not considered it to be appropriate to grant any interim injunction in favour of the plaintiffs-petitioners and now at this stage, I do not consider it to be a fit case where any injunction has to be granted. Otherwise also, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs-petitioners submits that this court may give directions to the learned trial court to dispose of the suit itself finally at an early date as it is an old mater. To this request, the learned counsel for respondents has no objection.

#. Though the civil revision application is dismissed, Rule discharged, the learned trial court is directed to decide the Regular Civil Suit No.100 of 1993 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of writ of this order or certified copy thereof, whichever is earlier.
