This misc. case has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 22.7.2015. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though by order dated 14.3.2001 the learned J.M.F.C., Baramba has taken cognizance of offence under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner, inadvertently in the aforesaid order at paragraphs 2 and 3 it has been mentioned that due to non-appearance of the petitioner court below has issued N.B.W.A. against the petitioner.

Accordingly the aforesaid order is modified to the extent that the court below by order dated 14.3.2001 has taken cognizance of the offence under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner.

The rest part of the order dated 22.7.2015 shall remain unaltered.

Misc. Case is disposed of.
