ORAL JUDGEMENT
In all these petitions, a prayer is made for appointment of arbitrator.
The parties have suggested that Chief Engineer and Joint Secretary, R & B Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar may be appointed as arbitrator. At present, Mr. P.J.Patel is working as on the said post.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, Chief Engineer and Joint Secretary, R & B Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is appointed as arbitrator. He may submit his report as early as possible.
Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
