ORAL JUDGEMENT
Learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.4 states that the appeal has become infructuous inasmuch as neither the appellant nor the respondent is now in service with the B.J. Medical College or in any other Government service, and, therefore, there is no question of putting either of them in charge of administration of the medical college, which was the dispute in this appeal. Hence this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
