ORAL JUDGEMENT

We have heard Mr. N.D. Nanavati and Mr. Anant Dave for the parties.

Mr. Dave appearing for the respondents makes a statement that the respondent-authorities are prepared to recall the impugned order directing the appellant to work in the Mid-day Meal Scheme, at Jamnagar and that the appellant will be placed at appropriate place in the Revenue Department and will not be asked or required to work in the Mid-day Meal Scheme where he is presently ordered to work under the impugned order dated 5th September, 1998 and the subsequent order dated 7th September, 1998.

In this view of the matter, without observing anything on merits, the appeal is disposed of. No costs.
