ORAL ORDER
Considering the rejection order dated 01.12.2021, it appearsthat the jail conduct of the applicant is not good. In past, while oninterim bail, the applicant had jumped the bail and then got arrestedafter a period of 45 days.
In view of the aforesaid, the present application is rejected.However, it is clarified that if the applicant provides the name of aguarantor, then with the name of the guarantor, he can file a freshapplication before the jail authorities and which shall be consideredwithout being influenced by the order of this Court.
