It is made clear that on the date fixed the prayer for adjournment shall not be entertained.
Further proceeding in the execution case which was initially stayed vide order No.15 dated 17.09.1997 shall remain in force till disposal of the Second Appeal or till the same is revoked on the application of the either of the parties during pendency of the Second Appeal.
