ORAL JUDGEMENT
Rule. Mr. K.P. Raval, learned A.P.P. waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.5-State of Gujarat.
In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court reported in (1997) 3 SCC (Cri.) 303, the complaint having been lodged with Vatva Police Station, the Police Inspector of that police station shall proceed to investigate the complaint and at the investigation if any crime is detected, shall proceed with the same in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, rule is discharged.
