Misc. Case No. 278 of 201713.10.2017 None appears for the petitioner to press this application. The petitioner files this application seeking direction to the opposite parties to file copies of the settlements dated 31.03.1967, 24.02.1970, 15.09.1970, 01.08.1979, 31.10.1980 and the two settlements dated 08.09.1983, perusal whereof will clarify petitioners stand. The writ petition having been dismissed for non-prosecution on 05.12.2014, in a disposed of writ application the Misc. Case is not maintainable. As such, none is also there to pursue the Misc. Case. Accordingly, the Misc. Case stands dismissed.
