No.10726/1997, this Court finds, the parties have already settled the matter outside the Court and as they have settled their dispute in terms of the comprise in shape of joint affidavit, both the writ applications stand disposed of recording the joint compromise between the parties. The records be prepared on production of the compromise petition before the competent authority. Issue urgent certified copy.
