This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Delay in filing the application for modification i.e. I.A. No.639 of 2021 is condoned and accordingly, I.A.No.640 of 2021 is disposed of.

3. So far as application for modification of order dated 20.01.2003 is concerned, learned Standing Counsel for the State stated that it is the Women and Child Development Department, but not the Panchayati Raj Department, is the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the submission made, the order dated 20.01.2003 passed by the Tribunal is modified to the extent that it is the Women and Child Development Department, which shall Alok consider the representation of the petitioner in terms of the direction of the Tribunal contained in order dated 20.01.2003 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from today.

5. With the above direction, I.A. No.639 of 2021 is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
