This application has been filed by the petitioner for implementation of order dated 06.02.1999 passed by the Tribunal. If the order dated 06.02.1999 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar has not been complied with within the time stipulated, contempt petition has to be filed within a period of one year. As such, nothing has been placed on record indicating that the petitioner has approached the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar for non-compliance of the order dated 06.02.1999. Now, by way of present interlocutory application, the petitioner seeks direction to implement the aforesaid order. The interlocutory application is also not maintainable. For non-compliance of the order Alok passed by the Tribunal, the petitioner should have filed contempt petition and the contempt petition, if it is filed, also not maintainable because it is grossly barred by limitation.

Thereby, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court’s notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
