ORAL JUDGEMENT
Learned AGP, Mrs.Hansaben Punani, producing copy of the order of revocation dated 1-12-2001 passed by the State Government, has stated at the bar that the detenu has been released on 1-12-2001. Copy of order dated 1-12-2001 passed by the State Government is ordered to be taken on record.
In view of the above statement made by the learned AGP, this petition has become infructuous and hence, it is disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
