ORAL JUDGEMENT (Per B.N.Kirpal, C.J.) These are appeals filed by the tenants challenging the orders of the Small Causes Court in respect of the rateable value fixed by the Municipal Corporation.

Municipal Corporation, Ahmedabad Vs.
