5. The appellants were filed this Second Appeal challenging the Judgment dated 08.07.2003 and decree dated 22.07.2003 passed in Title Appeal No. 26/3 of 2003 of 2000 by the Adhoc Addl. District Judge, (First Track Court) Khurda, wherein the appeal of the appellants dismissed and the Judgment and decree passed in T.S. No. 15/92 was confirmed.

6. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the Respondent.

7. So far as Opposite Party No. 5 is concerned, issue notice to him through Registered Post with A.D./Speed Post.

Postal requisites shall be filed within three working days hence.
